Good food, maybe the best in Durham. I was with two friends, we ordered different things so that we could potentially share. In the end everyone was so happy with their dish that we didn’t share.
The food was delicious and the service was great. The hanging kebab was the best I’ve ever had, so tender, I highly recommend trying it.

Very nice meal for four, we had not booked but we were seated with a smile from the friendly staff. Food was cooked very nicely all tasty and exactly what we asked for. Reasonably priced and a very nice atmosphere. We would all recommend 19Twenty Bar & Grill .

We visited today 19th April for a joint birthday meal. We were actually 1st in the restaurant so could choose a nice table. The young man who took our order was so lovely and the young woman who served us was helpful and pleasant. Marvellous staff, they do you credit..I just wish we had got their names. Remiss of me. As to the food, we couldn't fault it, best mushrooms I've ever had and I am very picky with them. The steak was melt in the mouth..and I don't know what dressing they put on their salad but it was beautiful. Husbands kebab according to him was gorgeous and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend....:)
First visit to Durham and I must say that this was the best meal I have had in a loonnnggg time! I had the sea bass and my husband had the burger and it was all delicious. Good music, relaxing atmosphere - just perfect for our anniversary and very reasonably priced for the portion and the quality of food you get. I would come back to Durham just for this meal!! Perfect xx
